Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days, subject to local customs clearance and destination postal service delays.

Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your parcel is dispatched. You can monitor delivery status online.

Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties, VAT, customs fees or local clearance charges are NOT included in the order price. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and may be collected upon delivery. We cannot predict or cover these local charges.

Undeliverable / Returned Parcels
If the parcel is returned to sender due to wrong address, non-payment of duties or recipient refusal, reshipping cost will be borne by the buyer.
